Businesses often need several AI capabilities at once: private knowledge search, live database analysis, OCR, dashboards, multiple models and controlled access. Using separate tools for each creates fragmented workflows and governance challenges.

Client Perspective
Our old OCR system felt like a trap — every time a vendor changed a logo or moved a column, we had to pay IT to fix it. With MultiLLM AI Platform’s AI-OCR, our own team trains the system in seconds. The confidence-highlighting feature makes verification incredibly fast, and the fact that we can now use AI to visualise our logistics data has completely changed how we operate.
As a team of 50, we couldn’t afford to buy five different AI software packages, and we definitely couldn’t afford to let AI usage costs run wild. MultiLLM AI Platform gave us exactly what we needed: one platform that does it all, with the admin controls to manage who sees what and how much we spend. Our team can compare contracts and draft emails, while I can visualize our sales data. And knowing we have the option to move everything to an on-premises server as we grow makes this the perfect long-term solution.
